Kiyomi Beauty is a Korean Beauty and Skincare subscription box that delivers 5-7 curated products right to your doorstep. The ‘Kiyomi Beauty’ box is delivered throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, with FREE shipping. 

 What is inside Kiyomi Beauty Box?

 Bi-monthly, our team selects 5-7 full-size Korean beauty, skincare and makeup products with occasional “cultural” bonuses!

 How much is the box?

Bi-monthly, Kiyomi Beauty Box costs $39.99. There are several plans to choose from, including a one-time box to try yourself or gift to someone. Shipments are made within the US and Puerto Rico; and all orders receive free shipping. 

Can I only get one box?

Yes, you can! Find a ‘one-time box’ option under our ‘subscription plans.’ Treat yourself or give it as a gift!

 Can I buy the products from the subscription plans separately/individually?

At this time, this option is not available. However, we are working hard to set up our store so you can continue to purchase your box favorites directly from our website.

 Can I still order a Kiyomi Beauty box if I’m a guy?

If you like what you see on our page, then YES you can absolutely order it! While Kiyomi Beauty is curated for women, we know that not only women like taking care of their skin, so we say, go for it! We have plenty of subscribers that do not identify as women who still enjoy our boxes, and we strive to keep our beauty space as inclusive as possible. You can also purchase the Kiyomi Beauty box as a gift for a friend, family member or that someone special in your life.

How can I change my address/email/credit card info?

 How can I pay?

With Kiyomi Beauty Box, you can pay using credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS). Want to pay through your PayPal account? No problem! Just enter your PayPal e-mail address and password.

When is my credit card charged?

The amount of your subscription is withdrawn at the time of checkout. Bi-monthly, four, six and twelve month pre-pay subscriptions are charged on the sign-up day. If you sign up for month-to-month (bi-monthly plan option), you will be billed for the first month’s box on the day that you sign up. For every subsequent box, you will be billed on the 11th of the subsequent month.

 Do Kiyomi Beauty subscriptions auto-renew? For instance, if I signed up in June, am I automatically signed up for the August box?

 Yes, our subscriptions auto-renew on the eleventh day of the subsequent month. So if you subscribed in June, you will NOT be billed July 1st, instead you would be billed August 1st for the September box! If you do not opt out, then you are automatically signed up to receive the next month, until you choose to cancel your subscription. You can always login to your account on our site to update your address, billing information, or to skip your next renewal date!

 When do you ship?

Kiyomi Beauty Box will be shipped the first week of every month following your purchase. For example, if you subscribe in January, your box will be shipped out the first week of of February.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you should be getting a confirmation email upon shipment with your tracking information.

 What is the shipping cost?

FREE shipping within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

 Where do you ship?

 Currently, we are only shipping to the United States. Please check back as we will be adding additional countries soon.

What is the cut-off date to order a box?

The cut-off date to order a box is the last day of that month EST. If you subscribe after, you will be receiving your box for the following month (boxes are shipped on a bi-monthly basis).

 How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. Simply login to YOUR ACCOUNT, go to the subscriptions page and cancel your subscription. You will no longer be billed on your RECURRING CHARGE DATE. However, if your order has been processed and you wish to cancel your current order, please contact us at help@kiyomibeauty.com. Please note, 4M, 6M, and 12M prepays and gift subscription orders cannot be canceled once the first month’s order has been processed.

 Can I receive a refund on a box I already ordered?

Yes. As long as we have not processed the shipping label we’ll issue a refund. You can email help@kiyomibeauty.com for assistance.
